These terms govern use of https://upet.app, purchases of UPet, and studio engagements with Suzhou Youyou Adventure Technology Co., Ltd.

Products and services

UPet is a digital desktop-pet application. Studio services include independent websites, mobile applications, and custom software. Descriptions and USD prices on the Pricing page form part of the offer. We sell to customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and worldwide.

Accounts and licenses

UPet House is a one-time personal license for the devices you reasonably use. Season Pass is a recurring digital subscription billed annually until cancelled. You may not resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law.

Studio contracts

Custom work starts after a written quote you accept. A 40% invoice is due to begin. Source and IP transfer follow the quote. Change requests are billed separately.

Payments

Prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay through our payment partners. You authorize the charge for the selected SKU or invoice. Taxes, if any, are added where required.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products or deliverables for illegal activity, malware, or infringement. We may suspend licenses that abuse payment or support channels.

Liability

UPet is provided as-is except for the refund policy. Our aggregate liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country applies. Contact: [email protected].
