This policy explains how Suzhou Youyou Adventure Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects and uses information on https://upet.app, in the UPet app, and when we deliver studio services.

What we collect

Account and order data: name, email, billing country, purchased SKU, invoice ID.
Payment data: handled by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Product telemetry in UPet: coarse device type, app version, crash logs. We do not read notification contents or other apps' screens.
Studio projects: files and credentials you send us, used only to deliver the contracted work.
Site logs: IP address, browser, pages viewed, for security and diagnostics.

Why we use it

To fulfill orders, provide licenses, invoice in USD, prevent fraud, answer support, improve UPet, and meet bookkeeping and anti-money-laundering duties in markets we sell to (including Hong Kong and other overseas markets).

Sharing

We share data with payment processors, email infrastructure, cloud hosting, and app stores - only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for at least seven years for accounting. Support mail is kept up to three years. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion at [email protected], subject to law.

International transfers

We serve customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Southeast Asia, Japan, North America, the UK, the EU, and Australia. Data may be processed in China and in the country of a payment partner. EU/UK users may request information about safeguards.

Children

UPet is not directed at children under 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.
