Refund Policy

We want checkout to be boring and reversible when something is actually wrong. Write to [email protected] with your order email and invoice ID.

UPet House (one-time, USD 4.99)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not redeemed the license on more than one device, or if the app fails to run on a supported Android version and we cannot fix it in 7 days. After 14 days, licenses are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Season Pass (USD 19 / year)

Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid year. Refund the current term within 14 days if you have not downloaded that season's outfits. We do not prorate after that window.

Studio services

The start invoice (typically 40%) is refundable only if we have not begun work. Later invoices track delivered milestones. Unspent prepaid hours are refundable; accepted mockups and shipped code are not.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the original method (card, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or bank transfer) in USD. Bank fees charged by your institution are not ours to reverse. We aim to instruct the processor within 5 business days (UTC+8).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute. Chargeback rate to date is 0%. Friendly fraud may result in license revocation.

季节通行证（USD 19 / 年）

可随时取消，权益用至已付年度结束。若未下载当季装扮，可在 14 日内退还当期。此后不按比例退款。

工作室服务

启动款（通常 40%）仅在尚未开工时可退。后续款项按里程碑。未消耗的预付工时可退；已确认的稿件与已交付代码不退。

退回方式

原路退回（卡、银联、支付宝、微信或银行转账），以美元计。目标为 5 个工作日内向支付机构发出指令（UTC+8）。
